Daniel Crane represents clients in business litigation and intellectual property matters. Dan joined Kercsmar & Feltus (Kercsmar Feltus & Collins’ predecessor) in March 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an associate in the litigation department of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, one of the largest firms in the United States. Dan has experience handling all aspects of litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts across the nation.

Dan regularly represents clients in pro bono matters focusing on international child abductions cases filed pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction as well as a variety of other matters. Dan was previously an ambassador to the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Dan also served as the President of a local running club, the Phoenix Free Soles.
Dan is from Durango, Colorado. He is an outdoor enthusiast tending towards trail running and mountain biking. He has raced the Boston Marathon multiple times and completed long course triathlons on three continents.
