Kercsmar & Feltus has earned U.S. News & World Report’s “Tier 1” ranking for its Patent Litigation Practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. K&F joins just two other firms in this highest tier. Achieving a tiered ranking signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise.
The 2020 rankings are based on the highest number of participating firms and highest number of client ballots on record. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S. For 2020, Kercsmar & Feltus attorneys Geoffrey Kercsmar, Gregory Collins, and Sean O’Hara were all selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Intellectual Property Litigation.
Separately, Best Lawyers has also selected Kercsmar & Feltus attorney Geoffrey Kercsmar the 2020 “Intellectual Property – Litigation Lawyer of the Year” in Scottsdale, Arizona. Only one attorney in each region is selected as a “Lawyer of the the Year” in their practice group. This is the second time that Geoff has received this honor; he was previously recognized by Best Lawyers as the Patent-Litigation Lawyer of the Year in 2018.
