Kercsmar & Feltus PLLC, a Scottsdale based litigation boutique, announced this week that six of its attorneys were selected as either 2019 Super Lawyers or 2019 Southwest Rising Stars by the preeminent lawyer ranking service, Super Lawyers.

Less than five percent of the state’s lawyers are rated Super Lawyers. This rating is reserved only for lawyers that have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional accolades. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Kercsmar & Feltus’ founders Geoffrey Kercsmar and Todd Feltus were selected as Super Lawyers for their excellence in business litigation. Greg Collins, who heads K&F’s intellectual property practice, was honored as a Super Lawyer in the category of intellectual property litigation.

Three Kercsmar & Feltus attorneys were recognized as Southwest Rising Stars. Sean O’Hara was selected for his excellence in intellectual property litigation. Molly Rogers and Seth Goertz were honored in the category of business litigation.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters organization, is a research-driven, peer-influenced rating service of lawyers. More information regarding the Super Laywers’ rating process is available here.
